"Valerie got me out of my roach-infested apartment and into a beautiful home! I used Valerie as my realtor, and she delivered excellent, professional service to my complete satisfaction. It was my first home purchase, and I knew nothing about the process. Valerie proved exceptionally knowledgeable about the different areas of the city and was able to advise me on features I should be aware of (flood zones, potential property tax issues, online research tools for crime statistics, etc.)
After researching nearly one hundred homes online, Valerie organized viewings - I was amazed at the amount of work that went into mapping out the various locations, planning the routes to minimize travel time and contacting owners to arrange viewings! Even better, Valerie was flexible to my interests - when I saw a house or neighborhood I liked, Valerie pulled us right up and called the owner or realtor on the phone to arrange a viewing on the spot - she was fearless!
After viewing nearly thirty houses, we found the perfect home. I thought Valerie was hard-working before, but the process of getting me into my new home required work above-and-beyond any of my previous expectations!
Every question I had, Valerie followed up on with the home owner - immediately. She even anticipated questions and presented questions of her own that I never would have thought of. She was a pitbull when it came to the negotiation process! I really felt she represented my best interests. I was simply happy to get a new home, but because of Valerie's tenacity, I received a new water heater installed and new roof work included in the cost of the home!
Valerie was with me every step of the way, explaining the paperwork, describing the terms, pointing out potential concerns and following up on them immediately. She would call anyone, anytime! I didn't think I had the confidence to find a new home, and without the dedicated personal attention Valerie gave me during the entire process, I truly believe I would not have had the confidence to buy my own home. I certainly would never have found the beautiful home I now own, nor would I have the confidence and knowledge I now have because of this process.
